Copper River Coho salmon is an incredible wild fish with approachable mild flavor. Gently cold smoked over alder wood, our fish is hand packed into tins and the perfect protein for your pantry. Packaged in a 6.5 ounce tin can, the smoked salmon is ready to eat right from the can. Enjoy atop a rice bowl or added to pesto pasta.
