Layered with dark brown sugar, soy, garlic, & ginger for richness, then finished with red chilli paste for approachable heat, it's a deeply savoury-sweet sauce loaded with umami. Use it as a dip, marinade, or to elevate stir-fries, grilled meats, and roasted vegetables with instant, authentic flavour. Do not refrigerate. Store in a cool dark place.
