Goro Muda, Guji Ethiopia - Sundried

This is a natural/sundried coffee from the Guji region of Ethiopia, harvested between October and January. It comes from smallholder farmers using intercropping techniques.

• The coffee has a unique process involving soaking for up to 72 hours before drying on raised beds.
• The origin claims rich sandy loam soil with good water retention and drainage.
