Good overall condition, chair frames are tight and sturdy. The seats do have some stains. Dimensions: Arm Chairs 26″ wide x 20″ deep x 42″ tall. Seat Height is 19″ tall. Side Chairs 24″ wide x 20″ deep x 42″ tall. Seat height is 19″ tall.
