Flavour Profile: Fruity, Nutty, Peaty Origin: Mountains of the Moon, Uganda Percentage: 68% Dark These chocolate pandas are made with cocoa beans from Mountains of the Moon, Uganda. These mountains, also known as the Rwenzori Mountains, were known and named by the locals as MotM for their bright white snow-caps. It's been a while since we've made something that surprised us, but this particular batch of chocolate caught us off guard. It's very well rounded, with a fruity start, a nutty middle and a woody finish. It's the epitome of going on a flavour adventure in just one bite.
