This cabbage processing machine serves as both a cabbage decorer and cabbage cutter, combining two functions in one. It starts by inserting a whole cabbage into the machine. The cabbage is held firmly in place while the core is removed by means of an adjustable drill. Core diameter and drilling depth are adjustable to suit your product range and variety and to ensure the maximum product yield. After the de-coring process, the cabbage is then divided into two or four segments. Now it is ready for further processing or perfect for any culinary need.
