Introduced to yoga at a young age through her mother and sister, her early exposure evolved into a lifelong practice spanning over a decade - one rooted in both discipline and devotion. after eleven years of personal study, rebecca chose to unite her passion for yoga with her calling to support others in their healing journeys. she completed her 200-hour hatha and vinyasa yoga teacher training at vida asana yoga school in costa rica in may 2021. rebecca is also certified in yin yoga (60 hours) and is reiki level I & II attuned. she is currently continuing her education through a 300-hour advanced training, as well as prenatal and postnatal yoga certification. rebecca approaches yoga as a holistic, integrative practice that extends far beyond the physical form. her offerings are intentionally designed and intuitively guided, weaving together yogic philosophy, the yamas and niyamas, chakra awareness, sound healing and essential oil therapy to create grounded yet expansive experiences. beyond teaching, rebecca serves her community through sound healings, meditation and cacao ceremonies and is known for her ability to curate thoughtful, transformative wellness experiences. this vision has naturally expanded into the creation and facilitation of yoga retreats hosted around the world. in addition to her wellness offerings, rebecca leads the apparel division of source, designing garments crafted from organic cotton, hemp and linen. each piece is produced in small batches with a commitment to environmental integrity and elevated, conscious living. at the core of rebecca’s work is a devotion to empowering others to reconnect with their inner wisdom and innate capacity for self-healing; moving forward with clarity, courage and grace.
