Trinity Certifiably Malchus is a very dry Bière de Garde brewed with only golden malts. Double mashed and kettle boiled for over 24 hours to achieve a rich, copper colour and concentrate malt flavours, then cool fermented with proprietary yeast and Brettanomyces, and finally, aged in choice bourbon barrels. Part of their "Farmhouse Serious" line.
