Finca Monteblanco is a family-run farm in San Adolfo, Colombia, managed by Rodrigo Sanchez Valencia, who continues his grandfather’s legacy of coffee cultivation. After learning to cup coffee in 2002, Rodrigo began exploring how farming practices affected cup quality, leading to the discovery of rare coffee varieties on the farm—including the now-celebrated Pink Bourbon. He refined cultivation and processing methods, notably pioneering Cold Fermentation, which enhances complexity through controlled, extended fermentation in refrigerated conditions. Through meticulous monitoring and innovation, Monteblanco consistently produces exceptional microlots and larger lots known for their vibrant flavor and quality. Today, the farm’s adaptive methods and commitment to excellence make it a standout in Colombia’s coffee landscape. Enjoy $5 flat rate shipping on your whole order.
