This one-night-only dinner brings together Aurélien Suenen and Pascal Agrapart, two growers renowned for the precision with which they translate their vineyards into wine. Alongside their multi-village cuvées, we will explore Suenen’s striking single-vineyard expressions from Oiry, Chouilly and Cramant before moving through three of Agrapart’s most profound wines from Avize. The eight Champagnes will be served alongside a menu created by the team at Reine & La Rue, featuring dishes including oyster choucroute with smoked sausage; beef tartare with smoked bone marrow and yolk; market fish with sauce amandine; and fromage du jour.
