Pilsner Foundation

Pilsner is the style that made soft water famous. Both Czech Pilsen and the pale lagers it inspired are built on water so low in minerals it barely registers, and that near-blank canvas is exactly what lets delicate Saaz-type hops and pale malt shine without interference. This is our lightest blend by design: a whisper of calcium for yeast health and just enough balance to keep the finish clean. One pouch into 5 gallons of RO or distilled water builds the softest, most authentic pilsner base we make.
