A 6mm toughened glass sliding sash, with a 400 or 500mm sash stop, gives clear visibility of the working area, while the fire-resistant twin-skin shell, cast epoxy worktop and Trespa® TopLab® BASE liners and baffles provide a durable, chemical-resistant build that meets BS EN 14175 containment requirements. The AFA500 control system gives audible and visual warnings for airflow failure and excessive sash height, operated via a flush membrane control panel for straightforward day-to-day use. Long-life LED flat panel lighting and two double sockets support practical bench work, while full-access removable service panels keep maintenance simple.
