All our game is sourced from local Suffolk estates and farm shoots. The game is then processed and vet inspected, before arriving here. Game is exceptionally lean and has a great, robust flavour which is why it works so well for simple suppers: a roasted pheasant is no faff, and their strong flavour can carry a meal with very little extra fuss needed. Our whole pheasants are supplied oven-ready - choose between plain or wrapped in our own pancetta (which keeps them moist and helps hold in the flavour). Each bird weighs between 600g - 800g. One pheasant is ample for two.
