A new PID temperature controller provides precise temperature management, while the shot timer and dual pressure gauges give you clear feedback with every extraction. The quiet rotary pump can draw water from the 2.5L internal reservoir or connect directly to mains water, giving you the flexibility to set up the machine to suit your kitchen.
