Caramel Vanilla Nut Waffle Cone

So I guess really the first thought for meltless ice cream should probably be the famous freeze-dried ice cream (astronaut ice cream!)...our grade school was so poor that they gave us each the tiniest sliver of it to try. One package for 20 kids, that's some pretty impressive frugality! But I digress...this would be a close second, no melt here either! Some sea salt caramel, vanilla buttercream, crushed waffle cones...like tasting a summer day at the beach! Minus the sand. Hopefully.
