Do not exceed more than one use per day on any one body area. The wrap should feel comfortably warm. Reduce session time or reduce the light intensity to ensure a warm, comfortable session. If you have light sensitivity, light sensitive skin, or darker skin tone, more warmth may be felt with the use of red light therapy products. Start with the light sensitivity test (refer to user guide) before use. Place the wrap with direct skin contact over the area needing extra help, pain relief, blood flow, or reduced inflammation.
