Red Back Drain Dye (Green) is used to trace water flows through sewerage and stormwater drains, making it easy to confirm connections, locate leaks, or verify flow paths on site. It's non-toxic and safe for both septic and stormwater applications, and one kilogram treats up to 10,000 litres of water. The dye is hydrophilic, so it disperses and washes away readily with water, and breaks down naturally under UV light within a matter of days. It's not recommended for use on porous surfaces, and as with any dye product, testing on a small inconspicuous area first is advised to avoid staining.
