Honduras Comsa, Washed
A clean, quietly brilliant cup from the mountains of southern Honduras. Warm toffee opens it up, bright apple gives it life, and a clean orange finish rounds it off. No drama — just really good coffee, done properly. From the COMSA co-operative in Marcala, where 1,600 organic farmers have been rewriting the rules of Honduran coffee since 2001. Currently 1kg packs are only available as whole bean.
