Pour over 30ml of water heated to approximately 80°C. Whisk until smooth. Top with 180ml to 200ml of your favourite hot milk. For an iced hojicha latte, pour over cold milk and plenty of ice. Our Tip Oat milk works especially well with hojicha and complements its naturally sweet, toasted flavour. For an extra treat, add a little vanilla, maple or caramel syrup.
