This year, our bakers have crafted a Classic Victoria sponge cake with mixed berry buttercream, adorned with delicate dried strawberries and rose petals—a truly elegant treat. Made in London by our Luminary bakers. With fluffy sponge and luscious buttercream, these cakes are beautifully presented, making them a gift everyone will love. Available in both: - Plant-Based – Made with oats, wheat (gluten), and metabisulphite. - Classic (Non-Plant-Based) – Traditional recipe with dairy and eggs. Note: our Two-Tier Celebration Cakes are baked with 2 sponge layers per tier. Wedding cakes are baked with 3 sponge layers per tier for a fuller finish — see our Wedding Cakes collection.
