Mid Century armchair by F. Fallshaw & Son (Est 1880s) Church furniture manufactures. Melbourne, Aus. C,1960s. Model ‘Burwood Lounge’ designed by Fallshaw’s own in-house designer at the time. Restored solid Blackwood timber frame with Teal woolen Cord upholstery by Sustainable Living Fabrics. Featured as part of Melbourne Design Week 2023, by the NGV. Dimensions- 770 h x 590 w x 680 d mm Condition- Fully restored timber using natural hard-wax oils.
