Cancellation Provision

The Cancellation clause is a part of the contract that will govern cancellations of the contract. In this situation, the client is the party requesting to amend or cancel the contract. You can select whether to allow their initial non-refundable payment to apply to the reschedule. Note: This is not a full contract. This is only a provision to be added to your existing services contract. IMPORTANT: If you already have a contract from TheLawTog®, you do not need this provision; it is already included in your contract language.
