This add-on cannot be purchased as a stand-alone service. It is available only together with an active Antminer KS7 hashboard repair order — the base repair price already includes one BM2384BA replacement where diagnostics confirm a failed chip. Order this add-on if diagnostics found more than one failed chip on your board, or if you already know from your own testing that more BM2384BA chips need replacing beyond the one included with the repair.
