This is a special guest coffee, starring producer Luis Saldarriaga from Antioquia in Colombia. Kaffi started as a tiny business, roasting on a 1kg Bullet roaster. That roaster was sold to our good friend and photographer Hallvar Bugge Johnsen, who's started his own coffee brand called Koffeinvinduet (the caffeine window).
