A special treat from our very special Mascot. She wanted something PURPLE. So together in the kitchen we whipped up a blondie- or should we say- Purplie? JUST FOR YOU! “Love You, Bae!!" -Batsy Baker Sweet and delicious Ube Blondies with a beautiful purple hue! What is a Blondie? A blondie is basically a cookie bar! It looks like a blonde pan of brownies. This easy to bake mix makes 9 blondies. What ya need: 1 Egg, ½ C Melted Butter What ya do: Mix wet and dry ingredients well. Pour into greased 8"x8" pan.
