Perrine Fresne 'Les Noues' Rosé de Sermiers
Produced using a blend of old vine Meunier and Chardonnay from a single vineyard with 12 hours of skin maceration, and vinified in oak. The colour is a beautiful bruised cherry red. The nose is fascinating with cherry, green apple and loads of violets and plum. The palate is playful, suggestive and delicious. House Profile Based in the village of Sermiers, in the south of the Petite Montagne de Reims, Perrine is one of the very few independent winemakers in a village dominated by a co-operative. Sarmate is her debut cuvée and really shows her potential. We're excited to see where her wines are heading!
