Gato x The Conscious Bar - Pistachio Baklava Date (2 Dates per Pouch)

We've wanted to work with The Conscious Bar for a while. Their chocolate is three ingredients, cacao beans, cacao butter, and dates, and we think it's the best on the market. Gabi cornered Yaniv at Expo West, found out they'd both grown up with dates on the table, and that was pretty much that. It also let us do something we couldn't do on our own. Our usual chocolate is sweetened with unrefined coconut sugar. Theirs is sweetened with dates. Swap one for the other and the sweetness in this whole thing comes from fruit! Inside our juicy Medjools you'll find a pistachio baklava filling - pistachio, almond, cashew, hazelnut and macadamia, with raw honey and sea salt (thank you Mr Chompy Nut Butters for this custom blend!) The date is wrapped in TCB chocolate and finished with cacao nibs and flaky sea salt. Chef's kiss! (2 Dates per Pouch)
