Production timing begins after final artwork approval, not when the order is first placed or when files are first submitted. Official production working days are Monday to Saturday. Sundays and UAE public holidays are not counted.The daily production cut-off is 12:00 noon UAE time. Orders, complete artwork or proof approvals received after the cut-off are treated as received on the next official production working day. Large quantities, complex customisation, unavailable stock or coordinated event sets may require additional time; the team will confirm any material change before production.UAE delivery options Standard delivery - AED 30: normally 3-4 working days after proof approval. 2-Day Delivery - AED 50: delivered in 2 working days after proof approval.
