KILCHOMAN Rockside 11 Year Old Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky 70cl 46% Kilchoman Rockside 11 Year Old is Islay’s only Single Farm Single Malt, created entirely at Rockside Farm on the island’s north-west coast. The barley was grown on the farm more than a decade ago before being malted, peated, distilled, matured and bottled on-site at Kilchoman Distillery, giving this whisky complete Islay provenance from grain to glass. Lightly peated to 20ppm and matured for 11 years in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, Rockside offers a delicate balance of maritime smoke, tropical fruit, citrus sweetness and warming spice. Bottled at 46%, non chill-filtered and with natural colour, it is a mature and beautifully balanced expression of Kilchoman’s traditional farm distillery approach.
