Description Specifications PDF The Tralift Manual Chain Block is a compact, lightweight and robust manual chain hoist for lifting, lowering and suspending loads in industrial, construction, workshop and maintenance applications. Operated by pulling the hand chain, it raises or lowers the load on the separate load chain without electrical or pneumatic power. Designed for professional users, contractors and rental fleets, the Tralift features a corrosion-resistant Corolim® load chain compliant with EN 818-7 and is EN 13157 compliant and TÜV Rheinland certified. The Tralift hand chain hoist can be suspended from a suitable fixed lifting point or used with a compatible beam trolley when horizontal load travel is required. Choose the correct chain block according to the load weight, lifting height, suspension method, frequency of use and working environment; where lifting is frequent or faster operation is required, an electric or pneumatic chain hoist may be more suitable. For professional workplace use in Great Britain, manual chain hoists fall within applicable LOLER 1998 and PUWER 1998 requirements.
