Dandelion & Burdock Digestive Bitters

We love the combo of dandelion and burdock so much that we decided to make some honey bitters with them! We added orange peel, cardamom, cinnamon, and anise to the blend to warm things up. Bitters are a botanical blend infusion in pure grain alcohol. They are meant to be taken before or after a meal to help aid digestion and can also be used to elevate any cocktail, flavor a soda or homemade whipcream. Don't be afraid to experiment!
