Contact for purchase and more info The Gold Note P-1000 is a high-end Class-A line preamplifier designed around Gold Note’s six-stage Ultra-Balanced architecture. It uses a fully balanced signal path with relay switching and an ALPS optical encoder for precise volume control, combining low distortion with wide bandwidth and high transparency. It provides 10 stereo analog inputs—5 balanced XLR and 5 unbalanced RCA—and offers extensive system control, including mono/stereo operation, L/R channel swapping, 0°/180° phase switching, fine balance adjustment and Gold Note’s Booster function. A large colour display and remote control provide convenient access to the settings. The P-1000 can also be upgraded with Gold Note’s PSU-1250/PSU-1000 external power supplies and optional TUBE-1012/TUBE-1006 valve output stages, allowing the preamplifier to evolve into a more advanced system over time.
