An unobtrusive way to add an IFAK to any plate carrier, chest rig, or even belt-system with a hook/loop lining! The new Oper808r Supply MedRoll is the modern IFAK design pioneered by Forward Observations Group and Ferro Concepts in 2021 with the Roll 1™, but with the body remanufactured from authentic Irish Ministry of Defense issue DPM fabric courtesy of Better Bushcraft here in NW Florida. Each MedRoll kit includes the main pouch AND the organizing insert, but no medical supplies or other contents.
