FEATURING * Broc Cellars 'Le Clairet The Perfect Red' 2024 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon rosé, all from Solano County in CA. Broc made rosé from the same Cabernet vines from Wirth Ranch to add to this wine, making more of a lighter Claret style. The grapes for the rosé were foot-stomped and left on the skins for 24 hours, then pressed into stainless steel. Medium-bodied with chewy red fruits and soft herbal notes. It’s fresh and bright, with lively acidity and low tannins. No sulfur added at any point. Definitely don't serve this wine warm, it's meant to have a chill and to refresh one who is eating hearty curries or hot dogs on the grill.
