Beginner Spinning

Wednesday, July 15; 6-8pm Wednesday, August 19; 6-8pm Learn to make your own yarn! This two hour class welcomes both new spinners and anyone wanting a refresher on spinning basics. Learn how to start a leader, spin a single, and make a 2 ply yarn all with one tool! REQUIRED MATERIALS: Spindle We recommend a drop spindle or turkish/cross arm spindle. We offer a 10% discount off the purchase of our cross-arm spindle or top-whorl spindle for this class, or you can bring your own spindle purchased elsewhere. PROVIDED MATERIALS: 2oz of handdyed wool fiber Please arrive 10 minutes early if you need to purchase materials for your class.
