This collaboration supports Indigenous coffee growing communities around San Cristóbal de las Casas. Grown at 1,700 meters, the family’s Caturra and native Mexican Garnica cherries are washed to create a clean, transparent expression of Tenejapa’s terroir. This light roast is bright and sweet, showing fresh raspberry and raw honey. Coffee Of The Moment features a new microlot coffee with a unique story. These are hyper limited releases that can sell out entirely in as little as a day or as long as 3 weeks. Once the batch sells out it's gone for good.
