Vintage Sam’s Petticoat Rainbow Crinoline Full Circle Skirt TuTu - S

Several bouncy layers of rainbow colored ruffles, make up this vintage full circle skirt petticoat by Sam’s Manufacturing, circa 1970s/80s. The fluffy ‘cupcake style’ crinoline also has a tutu look, and consists of a soft chiffon with multilayered ruffles in pastel colors of cotton candy pink, sky blue, lemon yellow, and pale green. It also has an elastic waist which can stretch up to around 28 inches, and measures approximately 20 inches in length, from waist to hem. There is a label for “Sam’s” with petticoat logo, a size of “Small” and “USA”, some hand written notations, and “100 Nylon” and “Hand Washable” on the reverse.
