Implant grade ASTM F136 titanium threadless top by Neometal, set with a synthetic white opal cabochon — a smooth, domed stone with the characteristic play of colour opal is known for. Available 2mm to 5mm. Works across lobe, helix, conch, tragus, flat, rook and beyond. Threadless tops fit any threadless post, regardless of post gauge. Free anodising available — tick the box at checkout and leave a note with your preferred colour. Red, white and black are not available as these only exist as plating. We do not sell plated jewelry.
