These 1955-1957 Chevy Bel Air Accelerator Pedal Rod Bushings Pair are reproduction of the original GM part. Is your accelerator pedal a little wobbly? Then it is probably time to replace the accelerator pedal rod bushings. These bushings support the accelerator pedal rod where it runs thru the bracket that mounts to the firewall. There is one on each end of the bracket tube and the accelerator rod slides through them. #12648 will work on any 1955-1957 classic Chevy. Sold as a pair, one pair needed per car.
