3-Year Care Plan

Three years of cover for your egg chair, starting the day it's delivered. What's covered Frame or basket breakage Base or pole failure Cushion zips and seams coming apart If any of these happen, message our team with your order number and a photo. We send the replacement part, free, usually within a week. No excess, no paperwork. Not covered: rust or corrosion, fading, mould, damage from storms or misuse, normal wear to cushion fabric, commercial use. Fading and weather damage are covered if a protective cover was purchased with your chair. This plan is in addition to the standard 12 month warranty and your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which still apply.
