Limoux is the oldest sparkling wine area of the world and the wines are made in the traditional method (as Champagne). amie sparkling is made from vines that are up to 40 years old. It's delicate on the nose with a blend of white flowers, fresh fruit and a hint of honey. amie sparkling is a fresh wine with great acidity, and combines the delicate ripe citrus notes with creamy flavours on the finish.
