The Czapek & Cie Promenade Transparencies Aqua Blue explores mechanical watchmaking through a striking smoked sapphire dial that reveals the architecture of the movement beneath. Limited to just 38 pieces worldwide, its Aqua Blue fumé effect is created through a precise metallisation process, gradually transitioning from transparency at the centre to a richer blue around the dial’s edge. Light blue Super-LumiNova hour markers are individually applied by hand, complementing the off-centre small seconds display at 4:30. Beneath the dial sits Czapek’s fully skeletonised in-house Calibre SXH7, meticulously finished on both sides and powered by a recycled platinum micro-rotor with a 60-hour power reserve. Presented in a refined 38mm stainless steel case, the Promenade Transparencies Aqua Blue brings together transparency, colour and intricate mechanical craftsmanship in a distinctive expression of contemporary Czapek watchmaking.
