Blue spirulina is the vivid blue pigment — phycocyanin — drawn from spirulina, and it's as functional as it is beautiful. A small pinch turns smoothies, lattes, lemonades and bowls a brilliant, natural blue, with none of the earthy, fishy taste of green spirulina. Just clean colour and a plant-based source of antioxidants. Ours is a high-purity grade — standardized to about 70% phycocyanin — and because it's so concentrated, a little goes a very long way.
