Lamb Riblets (32oz.)
The Lamb Riblets are a meaty version of a Lamb Rib. Think pork back ribs only Lamb. Each section will have 3 attached ribs and weigh about ½ pound per section. This is a more casual “family style” type of meal, and while not fancy looking, will probably provide more flavor than any other cut of Lamb. I would figure 2 to 3 sections per serving because of the bones.
