Oak Architectural Frame

A peaked architectural form—with pilasters, triglyphs and a central pediment—is a Victorian English oak frame. Possibly repurposed from a larger piece of cabinetry or a larger wooden element, this arresting frame can be used to handsomely present a portrait, display a print or exhibit an important (smallish) document (like an invitation or certificate). The total image size is 7.75" x 6", trimmed to fit the domed shape of the framed opening. (12.5" x 10.25" x 2") pf13209d c. 1880's
