Milton - Index Open Baffle Speaker

THE MILTON INDEX The Index combines a 15-inch mid-bass driver engineered specifically for open-baffle applications with a 1.4-inch compression driver loaded into an exponential cast-aluminium horn. The drivers are designed in Denmark, while the crossover was developed and crafted in the UAE using carefully selected, high-quality components. Final design and assembly also take place in the UAE. The speaker was voiced around the qualities that produce a large soundstage, airy detail, effortless dynamics and vocals that appear to float freely within the room. The ambition is not simply to reproduce recordings accurately, but to recover some of the physical scale and immediacy that make live music compelling. A NEW UAE HI-FI STORY The Index is intended as the beginning of a UAE-born hi-fi brand with its own design language, engineering philosophy and point of view. For us, the objective is not to use geography as a novelty. It is to make loudspeakers that deserve attention on their own terms while showing that serious audio design can emerge from this region too.
