50grams Ultimate Exotics Springtail Chow™ is a finely powdered supplementary diet specially formulated for commonly kept springtail species. Its easy-to-use powder form allows for even distribution throughout the culture, providing a convenient source of nutrients to support healthy springtails and thriving colonies. Ideal for use in springtail breeding cultures and bioactive vivariums, this food can be fed in small quantities as part of a balanced feeding routine. Regular, controlled feeding helps maintain a healthy and productive springtail population without unnecessarily adding excess food to the culture. Directions for Use Lightly sprinkle a small amount of Ultimate Exotics Springtail Chow™ directly onto the surface of the culture or substrate. Start with a small pinch and increase gradually according to colony size. Feed approximately 1–2 times per week, or when the previous food has been mostly consumed. Avoid overfeeding, as excess food can encourage mould and spoilage. Keep the culture suitably moist and well maintained. For established, larger colonies, feeding frequency and quantity may be increased according to consumption. Remove any excessive uneaten food if it begins to accumulate. Tip: It is better to feed small amounts regularly than to provide a large quantity at once. Springtail cultures should remain moist but not waterlogged.
