The Rice Lake ITCM (Isolated Tension Cell Mount) Hardware Kit is a complete mounting assembly designed for tension-mounted S-beam load cells used in suspended hopper assemblies and mechanical scale conversions. Its clevis and rod-end ball-joint design provides proper load alignment while significantly reducing the overall length compared with traditional tension cell mounting configurations. The ITCM incorporates built-in electrical isolation to help protect the load cell from stray electrical currents, which can contribute to load cell failure. A grounding strap connects the two clevis assemblies to provide electrical continuity and additional protection.
