Vintage 1960's Deco Emerald & Diamond Cocktail Ring

THE most beautiful and romantic vintage Emerald and Diamond Cocktail ring! Once a precious gift, it has a faded hand engraving inside the band which enables us to date it to '6.7.61.' This nicely hand crafted ring is a uniquely confident piece, set as it is with a fabulous verdant Emerald (which we believe to be of Columbian origin) and which we have weighed at 1.46 carats. It has the enchanting and distinctive 'Silk' inclusions which are characteristic but also a desired clarity and its pale hue tells us it is likely untreated. Accompanied to each side by scintillating baguette cut Diamonds; the whole is fashioned by hand with sweet scalloped detailing to the gorgeous gallery in Platinum and 18ct yellow Gold. A super find and one which you'll not see again! Stones: natural Emerald and Diamonds. The judged Diamond weight combined is around 0.30ct. Metal: 18ct yellow Gold and Platinum. Ring Size: The ring size is an 'M' or '6.25' but could be altered somewhat to suit. In most cases the boxes are for display only but a nice quality modern reproduction box will accompany this piece.
