Ketuo Knife - Griffin V4 (New Colorways)

Futuristic design, refined mechanics, and distinctive new finishes. The Ketuo Griffin 4 continues the evolution of one of Ketuo’s signature designs, combining aggressive geometry with precision machining and refined everyday carry performance. Designed by David Jin, the Griffin draws inspiration from futuristic mecha and industrial design, bringing sharp lines and sculpted contours together in a functional, modern folder. Building on the mechanical refinements of the previous generation, the Griffin 4 features an improved lock bar relief for smoother operation and a redesigned front flipper tab for consistent deployment. A ceramic ball-bearing pivot provides fluid action, while multiple deployment options, including the front flipper and thumb hole, offer flexibility in use. The liner lock provides secure blade retention in a streamlined design. The 3.55-inch harpoon-style spear point blade is crafted from Böhler M390 stainless steel, valued for its edge retention and corrosion resistance. At 8.52 inches overall and weighing 4.7 ounces, the Griffin 4 offers a substantial, well-balanced profile suited to everyday carry. The titanium handle features detailed machining and a carbon fiber inlay, with several new configurations offering distinct combinations of finishes and materials. Options range from crystallized titanium with a satin or DLC blade to DLC-coated titanium, a gold-bronze blade with a Mokume inlay, and a mirror-polished blade paired with a DLC-coated titanium handle. Each configuration brings its own character to the Griffin’s angular design, giving collectors and everyday users a choice of finishes while retaining the model’s signature profile and mechanical features. The Griffin 4 carries forward David Jin’s distinctive design language with carefully considered materials, smooth deployment, and a range of new finishes that set this generation apart.
